1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering, or submitting an application on the Eyedoo Careers portal (careers.eyedoo.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of this portal.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Authenticity of Information
By submitting an application for any clinical, retail, technical, or corporate opening at Eyedoo:
- You warrant that all personal, contact, academic, work experience, and identity information (including PAN and Aadhaar) submitted by you is true, complete, and authentic.
- You confirm that any uploaded documents (degree certificates, optometry registrations, resumes, and previous employment records) are genuine and unmanipulated.
- You understand and agree that any willful misrepresentation, falsification of documents, or concealment of facts discovered at any stage of evaluation or post-joining will result in immediate disqualification or summary termination of employment.
3. Zero Recruitment Fee Guarantee & Anti-Fraud Notice
Important Notice for Candidates: Eyedoo strictly enforces a Zero Recruitment Fee policy. We do NOT charge candidates any registration fees, interview security deposits, uniform fees, or training charges at any stage of the recruitment process. Formal offers and communications are issued exclusively from official @eyedoo.in email addresses. Please report any suspicious fraudulent agency to careers@eyedoo.in.
4. Evaluation & Offer Issuance Process
Application submission does not guarantee selection, interview scheduling, or employment. All candidatures are evaluated based on merit, clinical competence, retail aptitude, and business requirements. Formal employment offers are deemed valid only upon issuance of an authorized digital offer letter through our official HR platform.
5. Acceptable Use of Portal
Candidates agree not to engage in any automated scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized penetration testing, or submission of malicious scripts/files through this portal. File uploads are strictly restricted to legitimate resumes, photographs, signatures, and identity verification documents under the 2MB size limit.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the recruitment process or portal usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi NCR, India.
