• Candidate Uploads: Resume / CV, passport-size photograph, digital signature, and educational/experience certificates (limited to 2MB per file).

3. How We Use Candidate Data

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate recruitment and employment assessment purposes, including:

• Evaluating your suitability, qualifications, and experience for applied job openings.
• Verifying candidate identity and validating regulatory requirements for optometry/retail practice.
• Scheduling interview rounds (video, telephonic, and in-person store/clinic walkthroughs).
• Generating formal offer letters, employment contracts, and statutory onboarding paperwork upon selection.
• Communicating application progress, interview schedules, and candidate feedback via email/SMS.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement enterprise-grade technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect candidate files from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. All uploaded documents (resumes, ID cards, photographs, and signatures) are stored securely with encrypted database protocols and strict role-based access control (RBAC). Only designated Human Resources personnel and hiring panel members can view candidate files.

5. Third-Party Sharing & Commercial Zero-Sale Guarantee

We never sell, rent, or trade candidate personal data to third-party marketing or commercial entities. Candidate information is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with verified background verification partners and regulatory compliance bodies as required by Indian law.

6. Your Rights Regarding Your Data

Under applicable data protection regulations, candidates possess the right to:

• Access and review all personal information and documents submitted through your candidate dashboard.
• Request correction or updating of any inaccurate academic, contact, or identity records.
• Request withdrawal of your job application and permanent deletion of your candidate profile from our recruitment records.
